In keeping with our commitment to quality, we go above and beyond to use authentic southern ingredients. We bring up authentic Leidenheimer po’ boy rolls, head and shell on gulf shrimp, and Louisiana frog and turtle. We embrace the bounty of the Pacific Northwest as well, bringing in local oysters from a number of small farms, Oregon white truffle, Mama Lil’s Pickled Peppers and more. We don’t stop at the food, of course, and feature numerous local distilleries like Sun Liquor, wineries like Proletariat, and breweries like Elysian, who makes our signature chicory amber.
